Comprehensive Delivery Policy for Online and Offline Tuition Classes

At LIBXL-EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED, we prioritize providing a seamless learning experience for our students. Whether you’re learning from home through our online platform or attending in-person classes at our center, we are committed to delivering quality education in the most convenient way possible. This Delivery Policy outlines the details of how our online and offline classes are structured to ensure that both students and parents are well-informed about the process.

1. Online Classes

Online classes shall be conducted via Google Meet or any such video-conferencing platform, as may be notified by LIBXL-Education Private Limited.
The online class meeting link is shared directly with the student/parent through the registered WhatsApp number after completion of the admission process.
Classes are scheduled based on a mutually agreed timetable with the student/parents, as per the availability of slots.

2. Offline Classes

Offline classes shall be held at the locations mentioned in the page footer below.  
Classes are conducted as per the schedule mutually agreed upon with the student/parents, as per the availability of slots.
For safety, security, monitoring, and quality assurance purposes, offline classes and common areas within the institute premises may be monitored and recorded through CCTV surveillance systems. Such recordings are maintained in accordance with applicable laws and institutional safety requirements.

3. Inability to attend class

The student and parent/guardian (where applicable) shall ensure availability and attend all scheduled classes. In case of any emergency, medical or otherwise, you shall communicate the inability to attend the session to LIB administrators, and the respective teacher at least 4 hours in advance to the beginning of such session.

4. Term (Subscription Validity)

The subscription of classes is limited to the term communicated when fees demand is sent by LIBXL or 180 Days from date of Subscription Payment in cases where term is not explicitly mention while sending Fees or Subscription request for payment. In case of cancellation of classes by any Student, any pending class(es) shall be rescheduled within two weeks from the original date of the class subject to availability of Teacher, and in no event would requests to undertake compensatory classes beyond the stipulated period be permitted.

5. Tuition Class duration

At LIB Education, each tuition session—whether conducted online or offline—is designed to last up to 60 minutes. This duration ensures that students receive focused, effective learning while maintaining optimal concentration and engagement throughout the class.

6. Demo Class Policy

LIB Education may offer demo or trial classes for selected courses and subjects to help students and parents understand the teaching methodology, class structure, and learning environment before enrollment.

Demo classes are subject to teacher availability and scheduling confirmation by LIB Education. Demo sessions are generally conducted for approximately 20 to 30 minutes unless otherwise specified by LIB Education.

A nominal booking amount may be collected for confirming the demo session in order to prevent misuse or spam bookings. This amount may be adjusted against the first month’s fee upon enrollment or refunded upon valid request within the permitted claim period communicated at the time of booking.

Demo classes are intended solely for evaluation purposes and may have limited duration, features, or syllabus coverage compared to regular classes. LIB Education reserves the right to refuse, reschedule, modify, or discontinue demo sessions at its discretion.

Unauthorized recording, redistribution, or commercial use of demo class content, teaching materials, screenshots, or meeting links is strictly prohibited.
