Pricing and Cancellation Policy

At LIBXL-EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED, we believe in transparent and fair pricing for all our educational services. Below, you will find all the details related to our course fees, payment options, and subscription plans. Please review this policy to better understand how we structure our pricing and ensure a smooth learning experience for you.

Tuition Fees

Our monthly tuition fees in INR (Indian Rupees) vary based on the following factors:

  1. Teachers: The expertise and qualifications of our teaching staff.

  2. Curriculum: The specific curriculum or syllabus being taught.

  3. Level: Whether it’s school curriculum, pre-university, undergraduate, or adult learning courses.

  4. Number of Classes Subscribed.

For personalized fee details, parents will receive direct communication from us regarding the exact fees based on the selected course or program.

Adjustments and Subscriptions

  • We offer flexible subscription plans for long-term learning. Subscription fees are billed annually or Monthly or as per the selected plan.

  • LIBXL reserves the right to revise course fees and subscription plans. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

Non-Transferability of Subscription

  1. The package subscription is strictly assigned to one named student at the time of enrollment and is non-transferable to any other individual under any circumstances.

  2. The subscription is valid only for the student whose name is registered at the time of enrollment; sharing of access, credentials, or class participation with any other individual is strictly prohibited.

  3. Requests for change of the registered student name will not be entertained once the subscription has been activated.

  4. In case of any exceptional circumstances (such as medical emergencies), any request for transfer will be subject to management’s sole discretion and may require valid supporting documentation.

  5. Any unauthorized transfer, sharing, or misuse of the subscription may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without any refund.

  6. The institute reserves the right to verify the identity of the student attending the classes at any time to ensure compliance with this policy.

  7. The subscription benefits, including unused classes, cannot be reassigned, exchanged, or redeemed for another student or third party.

Refunds and Cancellations

  1. All fees paid for courses are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  2. If a class is cancelled by LIB or the assigned teacher, it will be rescheduled within the subscription period.

  3. Any refund(s), if eligible as per this policy, shall be determined on a case-by-case basis, and LIBXL reserves the right to issue any other remedy in the case a refund is sought.
